Jay & Oak is currently offering hands-on technical assistance to new businesses, small farms, or small non-profits tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs. Through one-on-one consultations, we work closely with staff to develop practical, customized plans that strengthen their operations. Our services include web design support to improve online presence, marketing strategy development to boost visibility and engagement, and financial literacy guidance to help build long-term business stability and success.

Jay & Oak is looking to provide tailored, hands-on technical support to strengthen the overall viability of its business. Through a series of consultations, Jay & Oak would guide the farm in developing a user-friendly website that increases visibility and makes its products more accessible to a broader audience. The program would also focus on building practical skills in website management and digital marketing, empowering the Overstory team to confidently maintain their online presence and implement effective sales strategies. With support in launching an online store, Overstory Farm would be able to expand its market reach beyond the local region, opening up new sales opportunities and stabilizing revenue through diversified channels. This shift from a purely production-focused model to one that incorporates strong post-harvest marketing and distribution would position the farm for long-term growth, while staying true to its values of sustainability and community-based food systems.
